Add an Esky & Ice Pack to the shipping of your chocolate orders to help prevent melting during transit in warmer weather (late Spring to early Autumn).
This option is not required during winter.
On a warm sunny day, the temperature in the back of an unventilated delivery truck without air conditioning can easily reach over 50 degrees - more than enough to melt your chocolates. Even if you are expecting a next day delivery, just an hour at this temperature can ruin your beautiful chocolates.
Unfortunately, we often have to refuse shipping to clients in WA, NT and regional ares who want to ship chocolates in summer without the esky & ice pack option - without it, melting is almost guaranteed.
To help ensure your chocolates get to you in perfect condition, please choose this addition to your chocolate orders during the warmer months and be sure to select "Express Post" as your delivery method during checkout.
As an added bonus, the ice packs and eskies are re-usable and supplied at a price cheaper that you could normally buy them for!
You assume 100% responsibility for any issues of melting of your chocolates if you do not choose both the Esky & Ice Pack Shipping option and Express Post as the delivery method.
Selecting this product without chocolates in your order will see your order cancelled. It is only available as an option for orders containing chocolates.
