The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions :

  • Truly Madly Deeply Pty Ltd is also known simply as Truly Madly Deeply®, All references below to Truly Madly Deeply® shall be referred to as the one and same as Truly Madly Deeply Pty Ltd

Trademarks

  • Truly Madly Deeply Pty Ltd is a registered owner of several Trademarks, including :
    • Truly, Madly, Deeply®
    • Truly Invitations®
    • Truly®
    This means we have the exclusive rights to use those words in our industry and no other person or entity may use them without our prior written consent.

  • Further we have exclusive rights to the trademarks of the names Starlust and many of our paper names.
  • It is a breach of the Trade Practices Act to attempt to "pass off" another product under one of our trademarks. For example, the words Truly Madly Deeply may not be used by any company either on, in or to describe an invitation or greeting card, as we are the owners of this trademark. Attempting to market/sell/benefit from a competitors similar product under our trademark is strictly prohibited and a breach of the law. Truly Madly Deeply trademarks may only be used to market, advertise and sell genuine Truly Madly Deeply products. A breach of our trademark rights will be treated as a serious breach and we will seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, including a claim for damages as a result of such breach.

No content on this site may be copied, re-used, manipulated, redistributed, nor re-produced in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
  • Any use of our images or text for non-commercial purposes (such as a blog or social media page) should be explicitly referenced as sourced from Truly Madly Deeply® or from www.trulymadlydeeply.com.au. Any commercial use of our images and content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  • The practice of hotlinking to image on this site is considered as stealing and will be treated as so. This is an unauthorised breach of copyright as well as stealing our bandwidth, and increasing our excess website traffic charges.

PRICING

  • All previous pricing and any pricing arrangements made with us, whether formally or informally are hereby revoked.
  • Prices on this website may be different to that in our store. Additionally website specials & promotions may not be available in store. We will often have website only promotions and special offers that are only available for online ordering. If you are in doubt, please check with us before ordering.
  • All prices shown are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). We only charge in Australian Dollars and if outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any foreign currency transfer fees and exchange rate differences.
  • All prices listed include GST. GST will be automatically included on your invoice for all orders delivered within Australia. All orders will be issued with a Tax Invoice. GST is not payable for orders delivered outside of Australia.
  • Orders for delivery to countries other than Australia do not include any import duties or taxes imposed by your country. Any such charges are your responsibility.
  • Prices may increase without notice. All prices will be as per prices published on this site on the day an time your order is placed, regardless of any previous prices, specials or promotions displayed.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in this price list and charge correct pricing.
  • Any quotations or estimates provided in advance of an order are only valid for 7 days (30 days if specifically specified in the quote or estimate). After such time, current pricing as per this website will apply.
  • Any requests for price matching or beating will be assessed as per our Best Price Guarantee. Any special price for a bulk order will also be considered as the final price. Any decisions to provide you with a price lower than that advertised on our website is final - there are not further discounts or offers available on reduced prices.

SHIPPING

  • We will dispatch you order as soon possible.
  • Our advanced order management systems will keep you update date via email with every step of your order, right up to when we dispatch your order!
  • Note - we will not action any order, including, allocating/holding stock, placing supplier orders or preparing/packing orders until payment has been verified as received.
  • - Most orders are received within 3 to 10 working days from the date we receive your payment. Most are much quicker.
  • Many items we carry in stock at the store and can be dispatched the next day.
  • Some products are specially ordered for you from our suppliers and thus may take up to 10 working days.
  • If your order is delayed for any reason, and we do not believe it can be supplied within this time frame, we will attempt to contact you via email to advise you of the delay. You may choose to accept the delay, re-select a different product, or request a refund in full.
  • If we have ordered your stock from a wholesaler and the goods will be available to you within the 10 working days, you cannot cancel your order once the wholesaler has dispatched the goods.
  • The shipping method is only that - a shipping method. This is not guarantee that the item will be received the next day (eg Express Post). It means after we have verified payment and prepared your order, it will be dispatched via the chosen shipping method.
  • Any time frames shown on our website either directly by us or through our supplier feed to our website are not a guarantee - they are only an estimate of normal shipping times to your location and do not include the time taken in our premises to prepare/dispatch your order, nor to order any items which may need to complete your order. We do not accept any responsibility if your order is delivered at a time beyond the estimate given.
  • If you require URGENT DELIVERY - Contact us prior to submitting your order so we can advise you how long it will take for your item to be dispatched.

Delivery & Re-Delivery Charges

  • At present, all deliveries are made via Australia Post & at our discretion by couriers.
  • All non-express orders sent by Australia Post will be sent as receipted deliveries which will require a signature on delivery.
  • If no one is available to available to accept the package (eg you were not home) Australia Post will leave a card for you, so you can collect at your local post office.
  • In cases where delivery is to be made by courier, you agree to provide us with an "authority to leave" at the premises if you are unavailable, or you agree to pay any & all re-delivery fees that may be charged at a later date by the couriers. This is currently AUD$26.00 for each attempt.
  • For delivery to countries outside of Australia, you may be charged import duty by your customs service. Any such charges are not included in the delivery fee and you assume the responsibility of payment of of any such fees. You should contact your customs service to see if any import duty is payable.

Items Damaged / Lost During Transit

  • We act as your agent when shipping your goods and we can only guarantee the condition of the goods until they leave our premises. Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure fragile items are packed safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, once they have left our premises.
  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery with damaged items, you will need to liaise directly with Australia Post or the carrier who delivered your order.
  • Truly, Madly, Deeply® will not be held liable for any further damages as a result of you receiving a damaged delivery or a delivery that is lost in transit.
  • If you have not received an order that you have paid for, please contact us, so we can attempt provide you with the relevant information required to track your delivery with the carrier.
  • Domestic Orders - as all domestic orders will be sent with a "Receipted Delivery Label" which Australia Post should be able to locate. Upon order dispatch you will receive email notification of your receipted delivery number. We accept no responsibility for any parcel once it has left our premises.
  • International Orders all international orders are sent as Insured Items and insurance with Australia Post against loss or damage is automatically included. Terms of insurance are as per Australia Post. Upon order dispatch you will receive email notification of your insurance number for international orders. We accept no responsibility for any parcel once it has left our premises.

Ordering Chocolates

  • During warmer months, all chocolate orders are shipping in an Esky & Techni Ice Pack and are only dispatched Mon-Wed. However, as chocolates are perishable items, we do not accept any responsibility for melted chocolates. Once the chocolates have left our premises, we can not control how long it is until you receive/pick them up and how they are stored whilst in transit.
  • We strongly advise that you select Express Post for all deliveries of chocolates. We also suggest that you nominate your work address as your delivery address. Do not assume that your chocolates will be stored by Australia Post in a cool/air conditioned environment - they often are just kept in a hot store room. Thus, ensure you are ready to accept your delivery on the date of delivery - you will receive an email from us on the day of dispatch.

  • We strongly advise you choose Express Post for all chocolate deliveries.
  • Country/Regional Deliveries For orders going to country areas, please note that this may be outside Australia Posts next day delivery and may be listed as fastest possible delivery. Accordingly, delivery of chocolates to country and regional areas outside of the Express Post Network for Next Business Day Delivery is at your own risk - we accept no responsibility at all in regards to melted chocolates to country and regional areas.   • If solely in our opinion we do not believe that the chocolates can be delivered to you without melting (based on factors such as heat, transit times etc) we will contact you by email and reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund. We will not accept any claims relating to the cancellation of such an order.

Availability of Stock

  • All items on this website are offered for sale in good faith, on the provision they are either in stock at our store, or are available to be ordered from our suppliers.
  • As we have a retail store as well, as items sell in our store, there may be a delay in updating the website with the new available quantities, including items that may have been sold out.
  • In the unlikely event of that we are unable to fulfill any order, we will contact you via email. You will then have the option to place the item on back-order, re-select a different product or receive a full refund, including any postage fees you may have paid.

Returns Policy

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
  • Subject to your statutory rights, a refund is only available in the event that a) the product does not meet the description; b) the product is not fit for the purpose it was designed for (eg a candle with no wick); c) the item is faulty or; d) the item is unavailable to be supplied.
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or printer compatibility problems.
  • The sale of all perishable food items such as Chocolates and almonds, as well as all items sold by the meter such as ribbons & lace are final. We do not offer a refund or exchange on these items, subject to your statutory rights.

Paper Colours and Printer Compatibility

  • Paper Colours - Colours vary from computer monitor to computer monitor. As such, the colour on your screen is only an indication of the actual stock colour, not an exact match. If you are in any doubt about the colour of the stock, you should purchase sample swatches first.
  • Printer Compatibility
    • Compatible is not a guarantee. As there are potentially thousands of different printers with different inks, printing processes and feeding mechanisms, it is impossible to guarantee that the paper you order will be 100% compatible with your specific printer.
    • Compatible means that is has been tested on a wide range of printers and has found to produce acceptable results. It does not mean it will work on every single one of the thousands of printers available.
    • Similarly, if a paper or card is laser compatible, that does not guarantee your laser can print on it. For example, some lasers cannot accept Card Stock.
    • If in doubt you should order a sample first, or contact us for advice or refer to DIY Tips & Tricks.
    • We do not accept returns for incorrect colour choices or printer compatibility problems.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched can only be cancelled or modified until 9am the following day. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellations of any printed or assembled items will see a forfeiture of the entire deposit received, in order cover the costs of time and materials used. If an order has been paid in full, we will retain $100.00 to cover artwork time, plus any costs incurred in preparing the stock for your order, including stock costs and labour.
  • Cancelled orders that are approved (excluding printed or assembled items) that are within the above mentioned time frame, will be refunded in full, less any payment method fees, charges or surcharges.
